Purpose and scope of the content
The information published on this site is for informational purposes about the procedures the clinic offers. It does not constitute a medical consultation, does not replace an in-person evaluation with Dr. Hernández and must not be used for self-diagnosis or to decide on a treatment without medical judgment. No exchange of messages via WhatsApp, email or forms establishes, by itself, a doctor–patient relationship; that relationship is formalized at the in-person consultation.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs (including before-and-after images, published with each patient's authorization), logo and design of this site are the property of Full Face Costa Rica — Dr. Juan José Hernández Herrera or are used with their owners' authorization. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is not permitted.
Contact data and privacy
The data you share via WhatsApp, email or this site's forms (name, contact number, reason for consultation) is used solely to answer your inquiry and coordinate your evaluation, in accordance with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of the Person with regard to the Processing of Their Personal Data. It is not sold or shared with third parties for purposes other than handling your case.

This site links to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps) to facilitate contact and locating the clinic. Full Face Costa Rica does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those platforms.

This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Last updated: August 2026. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version of this notice prevails.
